Classy and delicious Maria and Chris are great servers, pleasure to be around!It was fabulous! The Mercury is the best restaurant in Dallas!! We tried a few times to frequent this establishment that was in our neighbourhood. The food was awesome.

Our server answered our questions politely, kept my water filled and presented our check promptly when we decided we wanted to move to the dining room. It was perfect! We ended our meal with a raspberry souffle and magnificent Irishman - perfect end to an amazing time. Even when we went in for dinner with a frequent business diner, the service was "aloof"....The two of us went for a late Friday night dinner at Mercury. Best Martinis in town.
