I saw this at 6.30 this morning over northwest England. and counted 17 of them .

I normally do not take any great interest in astronomy but this was a spectacular sight for an ordinary Monday morning! I tried to film it using my mobile phone but no chance to capture any images. At approx 9:30pm on the 19th of April 2020I have just witnessed a band of stars , equal space apart , travelling slowly across the night sky at 21.40 . Too fast for a plane and no sounds. It was flowing like a wave and was enormous in the sky- i couldn’t take a video of it unfortunately.
It lasted for about 20 minutes or so. According to some reports these are supposed to be some sort of multiple satellites launched by ' Space X' - but do your own research about this suspect explanation! I wasnt at sao Martinho. At around 10pm from Long Island NY. It was amazing :)Stars moving in formation!!! Don't know what to think about that! Lasted around 15 minutes until they faded over the sea. Way to far in the night sky to be one of our sir planes and to be going slow as well as the same distance apart from each other excatly to a tee apart. Any ideas? We stopped to watch it and witnessed a further 25 all in perfect formation, perfectly timed in perfect formation one after the other going west to east we believe, The sky was perfectly clear and the plough was visible.
It's very clear calm night with no clouds. I have seen the same tonight west london aprox 18 or them only went out back garden to throw rubbish bag and looked up at the beautifull moon and venus and suddenly to the left of the moon at high altitude thinking they were moving stars a 3 triangle formation then 3 inline then all side by side and one as if its a look out near the end of the whole group of star like lights couldnt get a photo as phone cams not that goix for that distance .My husband called me as he was at work in Rotherham (UK), and told me to get outside and look up to the sky with our little girl. going then same way but more right in the sky.

My wife and I have just witnessed a spectacular display of a stream of flashing lights high up in the stratosphere, approximately 21.50hrs.Just happened in Porto over the sea heading north to south. I'm a keen sky watcher and have never seen anything like it counted 21 in all, all moving at the same speed equally spaced apart, glad I'm not the only one who see itWhat is this conveyor belt of stars?
I watched the ISS again tonight thinking if they were the same speed and orbital direction they must come over again... but tonight just the ISS nothing else in the sky.? They looked like xmas tree lights flashing on and off continuously.
Just saw the same thing most of you are describing, (38NE). The group of lights started off in a vertical position and over 5-6 minutes kept their pattern but moved to a horizontal position before each one slowly disappeared leaving just the normal stars behind. All of sudden, an object flew overhead from 4 to 11 on a clock face. 23/ 5 / 2017Tonight as we sat on a balcony in Porto Portugal we witnessed a shoal of fast travelling 50 to 60 flashing lights & some trailing behind,moving towards the Atlantic. I saw the same thing this morning in Nebraska. I thought UFOs or observation drones for COVID-19. Moving shoal of stars in Portugal any thoughts on this sighting ?? gortex . On the south coast of England. I spotted 5 heading the same direction NE.
Directly overhead 3 star like lights converged to same location in the west also disappearing.
There is no way to dismiss what we saw as flashing lighting satellites or firefires. And we all had never seen anything like this.. they weren't shooting stars, or satellites.. but we had no explanation. He stares around, shell-shocked, trying to understand, a layer of ash on the surface of the water. It was 28th Jan at 18:00hr Totton southampton.
