All areas were clean and well kept.Bartender who served the bar seating was phenomenal.
I think that the workers were busy preparing to close which is understandable but if it was too late for the restaurant to accept a customer, then they should have told us.
Really enjoyed it.Good food, good service, great portions, clean and the severs wore their masks.We had a wonderful lunch on covered patio. In the age of COVID, we would prefer the music a little lower so we could understand/hear the hostess with masks on.We dined on the patio. The hostess was outside and checked us in with an iPad. Partner didn't want to go to management or make a big deal so we paid and left, but we will go to another place the next time out.
Other then that good.A nice place to enjoy friends and family.
All of them love Cap City Fine Diner, and with good reason. Our server "Brittney" was fantastic. Service was excellent and food was very good. None of the women’s bathroom stalls had toilet paper and we had to track someone down to let them know. We were sitting outside and it was really nice and pleasant. Definitely a wonderful experience in these scary times.Spicy chicken rigatoni was lukewarm. Lots of dogs to pet and say hi to!) Few cuisines are ignored on the brunch menu at Balfes in Dublin city centre - whether you're after a weekend treat (Fish and Chips, Prime Beef Burger), a healthy alternative (Oat Pancakes, Turkey Burger) or something extra special (Carlingford Oysters, Tuna Tartare), you'll find it here.

As with any diner, at Cap City Fine Diner & Bar you feel immediately comfortable and at ease. The food was practically thrown down at us, I already mentioned the dirty dishes, and it seemed as if we were a terrible inconvenience by being there (and no, not even close to closing time).
