This was because my daughter lives in Montreal and she really wanted to eat here this time ( tried 3 other times before and left because of the long wait).It has been at least five years since I was here last. We are always happy to accommodate our guests as often as possible. We were extremely pleased the kitchen was open till 11 pm with a bar food menu later.

But it had the best flavor! We then shared a cheese board, the beet salad, and the short ribs, each one being delicious and still left room to share a strudel for desert.Good Luck is my absolute favorite restaurant in Rochester. It's a bit too noisy for a romantic evening.

Everything we've ordered has been delicious from the burger to steak to pasta dishes.I wouldn't dare tell Roc City Yelpers anything about Good Luck.

You can order food that fits the 2 $$ category on Yelp. Though, if you're not into greasy junk food I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I think it would be much easier if all the staff or if there was always a staff member that was able to access the reservation list because it almost ended up with me making two separate reservations because of lack of communication between the staff, but luckily we figured it out!I have loved Good Luck for awhile. Private dining areas are available and there is a large friendly bar!

The wait staff is Excellent... they didn't miss a beat, extremely pleasant ! We made a reservation for about 12 people and making the reservation took some time. Don't leave without ordering this warm chocolate cake with a brownie center, I think I'm in heaven with this Fabulous dessert treat chocolate explosion! Great place to go for date nights. I'll jump on the bandwagon here and just say it was a great experience!

The food is shareable too! We did not know their portion size and ordered our own dishes along with calamari as an appetizer. I don't know where the asparagus was. Good Luck is by far the most incredible dining experience you can encounter in this city. I finally got a chance to try one of Rochester most popular restaurants. But it had the best flavor! It wasn't fishy or weird at all.

I highly suggest the whole chicken: It will remind you of what chicken is supposed to taste like.

The bread and the food was amazing. for our reservation that we supposedly had. The bar area was overcrowded with people trying to get a drink while waiting for a table.
